Industrial Chemicals

NKP

NKP is an acid technical cleansing agent that is completely biodegradable. Removes mineral deposits:

  • Carbonate scale.
  • Sulfate scale.
  • Rust.
  • Iron scale.

NKP is intended for cleaning of industrial facilities:

  • Heat exchangers,
  • Steam generators,
  • Water heating units,
  • RO membranes,
  • Boilers,
  • Separators,
  • Storage capacities
  • Tanks.

We recommend applying NKP at TPP, oil and gas refineries, fuel and petrochemical, chemical plants, desalination plants, integrated pulp-and-paper mills when water is treated. NKP can also be used to clean food-processing units from milk and beer stone.

The major benefits of NKP

  • Does not contain hydrochloric, orthophosphoric and oxalic acids
  • Contains no volatile or toxic components
  • 100% biodegradable – its components are food for bacteria
  • Does not contain in the composition surfactants, even in minimal amounts
  • High rate of dissolution of mineral deposits (at the hydrochloric acid level)
  • Does not cause corrosion of ferrous alloys, stainless steel, copper and its alloys, titanium, aluminum
  • Non-toxic & non-flammable

AC-1

AC-1 is a degassing agent designed for the provision of decontamination services. AC-1 neutralizes volatile hydrocarbons, hydrogen sulfide, and mercaptans. It also partially oxidizes pyrophoric compounds on the inner surfaces of the devices. Can be used in oil refining and petrochemical industries.

The major benefits of AC-1:

  • Contains no volatile or toxic compounds
  • Does not contain active oxidizing agents
  • Does not harm the environment (biodegradable product!)
  • Has a neutral reaction of the environment (pH is close to 7)
  • Safe to use

AC-2

AC-2 is a micro-emulsion agent designed for the technical equipment. AC-2 dissolves, disperses and removes in the form of an emulsion:

The major benefits of AC-2:

  • Heavy hydrocarbons.
  • Asphaltenes.
  • Tar.
  • Bitumen.
  • Polymeric deposits.

AC-2 prevents evaporation of volatile hydrocarbons into the atmosphere, due to the formation of the water-oil emulsion. Spontaneous separation of the emulsion takes place within 10 hours of settling.

AC-2 is to be applied to the process equipment of oil refining, gas processing, and petrochemical enterprises. It can be used both in the liquid-phase form (chemical washing with an aqueous solution) and in steaming of process units and equipment.

AC-2 is a new generation agent based on natural occurred components.

The major benefits of AC-2:

  • high detergent capacity for heavy hydrocarbons
  • neutral reaction of the environment (pH is close to 7)
  • does not contain toxic components
  • does not contain chlorinated hydrocarbons
  • does not contain any oil products or synthetic hydrocarbons. The product is based on the natural occurred components
  • high biodegradability

SDR-56

SDR-56 is an acid cleaning agent. It is intended for cleaning of metal structures, technological equipment and vehicles from rust.

SDR-56 is delivered in the form of a viscous thickened solution and is used concentrated, without water dilution. It is applied to the rusted surface to be cleaned by hand with the following maturation (10-15 min). After maturation, SDR-56 is removed from the surface with a brush, rag, and water jet.

SDR-56 is an excellent alternative to sandblasting when preparing the metal surface for coating.

The major benefits of SDR-56:

  • High adhesion to the surface
  • Good resistance on vertical surfaces
  • Easy-to-use
  • Leaves a protective film after the application
  • no volatile or toxic components
